I have read and accept the Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. I understand that: the deposit is a fixed $2,000 USD for DS Series orders (if a discount code is used, the discount is deducted from it) and 50% of the quoted price (before any discount) for Custom Shop orders; I can cancel within 5 business days of paying the deposit for a full refund, and after that the deposit is non-refundable except where a mandatory legal right applies; and my instrument has a Limited Warranty of no less than 90 days from delivery (or longer where the law requires): RKM pays for the warranty repair, and I pay the shipping to the workshop and back, except where a mandatory legal right provides otherwise.
